Heart-a-thon! The YMCA of Pueblo and Parkview Medical Center are teaming up to celebrate HEART HEALTH MONTH with a morning marathon of healthy activities! Schedule of Events: 7:15 AM: Get your zen going and your heart balances with some early morning YOGA. 8:00 - 9:00 AM: Parkview Presentations (Heart Attack - Renee Elwell, Chief Nursing Officer. Heart Math - Stephanie Swithers, Employee Wellness. Blood Pressure Checks - Parkview Mobile Nurses. 9:00 - 11:00 AM: Your heart will be bumping to the beat during this 2-hour ZUMBATHON! 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Indulge in some post-workout treats during our social hour.
