Lead Restoration Technician

🔧 About the Role

Property Craft is growing—and we’re looking for two reliable, hands-on Lead Restoration Technicians to join our teams in Northern and Southern Colorado. In this role, you’ll lead restoration projects, operate equipment, drive company vehicles, and be the face of our service for customers in need.

• Lead water, fire, and mold restoration projects
• Set up and manage drying equipment, containment, and air scrubbers
• Remove damaged materials and maintain a clean job site
• Provide outstanding communication and customer service
• Document work using mobile tools (we’ll train you)
• Travel to job sites within your region (up to 50+ miles)

• Someone reliable and ready to take initiative
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
• Comfortable wearing PPE and following safety protocols
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• No experience required — we will train the right person

• WRT or IICRC certification
• Restoration or construction experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Pay: $20–$27/hr, based on experience and region
• Overtime pay + on-call bonuses
• Paid certifications (WRT, Reets, NORMI, etc.)
• Advancement path into estimator or project management roles
